Letter from a friend…

Dear You,


I hope this letter finds you well, or at least willing to listen. You may not know me by name, but I'm sure you've felt my presence before. I am Anxiety, 


I'm writing to remind you that I'm not your enemy, even though it may seem that way at times. I exist to protect you, to keep you safe from potential dangers. But I understand that sometimes I can be holding you back


I want you to know that you have the power to manage me. It starts with acknowledging my presence and learning to understand my messages. Take a moment to listen to what I'm trying to tell you. 


Remember, you are stronger than you think. Together, we can find a balance where I can serve as a helpful ally. It may not be an easy journey, but I believe in your ability to overcome the challenges that come your way.
